Trap. Neuter. Return.

Save the Kitties

Our goal is to reduce cat overpopulation and suffering for stray and feral cats.

Cat overpopulation is a big problem in many communities, including mine. Euthanizing feral cats is not only inhumane, it’s ineffective. The best way to stop overpopulation is to stop reproduction. Casa Verde Cats practices trap neuter return to remove breeding cats from the equation. We also provide veterinary care for sick and infant ferals. Please support our cause by clicking “Donate” or visiting our Etsy store!

Our Organization

We are a 501(c)(3) organization based in Corpus Christi, Texas. I began practicing trap neuter return when I moved into an older house in the middle of town. The cat problem was so out of control, two feral kittens ran inside my (soon to be) home when the realtor opened the front door. Over the years I have trapped and spayed or neutered many, many cats and found some like-minded friends along the way. In 2020, we decided to make our organization official and formed Casa Verde Cats. Follow us on Instagram or Facebook for the latest and cutest cat updates!

You Can Help

We do what we can with what we have. If we do not have funding or space, we cannot take in new cats. Please consider making a donation or becoming a foster today.
